The whole process from booking to cheicking in to checking out was very easy and smooth. Staff answerd any questions we had. Room was clean tidy and comfortable. Highly recommend and will be definitely be returning.

Lovely spacious rooms with beautiful view. Quaint and not overcrowded. Friendly and professional service.

Staff service was excellent as always. Lovely to have the view across the park. Easy to walk everywhere but also conveniently located to public transport if you prefer not to walk.

I consider it an average 4-star rated hotel. It met my needs but that`s all.

Great location. Easy to get around to areas of interest. Apartment was spacious enough, lots of good amenities .. kitchen, 2 bathrooms, plenty storage, dining table, bedrooms. Lounge was only twocseater when we had booked for 4 people..so not comfy. Did not have broom or vac to clen ip crumbs of floor only hsnd dustpan, this was not good as had to bend which is hard on older people. There were lots of scuff marks on the hall, kitchen and bedroom walls. The door latch and metal strip was broken, felt like it could easily be broken into. Some stains on the lounge and dining chairs.
